Welcome to our practice! On behalf of the entire dental team, we are pleased that you have chosen us to care for your dental needs. When you arrive for your first visit, whether it be with the Hygienist or Doctor, please allow extra time so that we may help you prepare all necessary health and insurance forms. We will ask you to fill these out so you may get aquainted with our office and they will assist us with your treatment desires and appointment needs.
Your initial exam will last approximately on hour. Oral hygiene instructions will be provided along with suggestions to help care for your teeth.
